Submissions

Shaflan Press welcomes manuscript submissions in Persian (Farsi/Dari) and, where appropriate, in other languages. We are interested in works of scientific, literary, historical, and cultural value.

Please note that submissions must be original and exclusive. The work should not have been published previously, and should not be under consideration by other publishers at the time of submission.

Guidelines

• Manuscripts should be submitted as Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or LibreOffice Writer (.odt) files.
• PDF files are not accepted, unless they are professionally designed and fully print-ready.
• Text should be clearly structured, consistently formatted, and carefully proofread.
• Avoid excessive styling, manual spacing, or complex formatting. Simple and clean files are preferred.
• Include basic information such as author name, contact details, and a short description of the work.

Shaflan Press encourages the publication of EPUB editions, as digital books are easier to access and distribute, particularly for readers in regions where access to printed books may be limited, including Afghanistan and Iran.

Before sending your manuscript, please ensure that:

• The work is complete or clearly presented as a proposal
• The file is in Word (.doc/.docx) or ODT format
• The text is clean, consistent, and proofread
• Your name and contact details are included
• A short description or summary of the work is provided
• The submission is exclusive and unpublished

Due to the volume of submissions, Shaflan Press may not be able to respond to all manuscripts. We appreciate your understanding.
